Worker Types

Define the types used when registering workers. All types can be renamed or removed. Set a recommended document set per type — it will auto-fill when adding a new worker.

How many days before a document expires it should show as Warning rather than Go.

Automatically remove rejected document submissions and return requests after a set number of days. Set to 0 to disable.

Daily Digest Email

Configure which sections appear in the daily digest email. Toggle sections on/off and set the look-ahead window for time-based checks.

Compliance Manager Sign-off

The name shown at the bottom of worker reminder emails. Makes automated emails feel personal and from a real person, which improves trust and open rates.

Worker Email Reminders

Automatically email workers when their compliance documents are missing or expiring. Workers receive their first reminder 7 days before expiry, then a weekly repeat until resolved. Each email includes their active contracts and a direct link to their worker portal. Requires workers to have an email address on file.

Daily Digest Recipients

Email addresses that receive the daily compliance digest. If none are added, the digest is sent to the organisation owner only.

Activity Report Email

An email listing every change made in the platform — worker edits, rate changes, new assignments, document uploads, expiries, resource moves — sent daily at the time you choose below. Only the net result is reported: a change made and corrected before the report goes out is not shown.

Send time — time of day (Netherlands time) the report goes out; default 18:30

Daily — changes since the previous report Weekly — grows through the week, resets on

History retention — how far back the Activity page can browse (this is separate from the report period)

Document Sets

Each set defines which documents a worker must have. Built-in sets can be customised but not deleted.

Competencies & Training

Define extra competency and training requirements for your workers. These are separate from document sets and can be assigned to individual workers.

Resource Types

Track your own physical assets (machinery, PPE, scaffolding…) beyond the built-in Accommodation, Vehicles and Tools. Each custom type gets its own Resources tab with assignments, optional billing, and an event log.
